Timing doesn’t always cooperate with original plans. For the ownership of 547 Ponce de Leon Avenue, that became clear almost immediately.

In 2018, a nearly two-decade-old vacancy met a clear vision. The former Westclox / General Time clock manufacturing facility in Athens had sat dormant since 2001. With leadership from Michael Dinerman of Knotting Developments and strategic guidance from Pollock Commercial where Michael also hangs his brokerage licence, the long-vacant property began its transformation.

Just outside the perimeter, Norcross has been quietly growing into one of Metro Atlanta’s most balanced and livable submarkets. It’s the kind of place that reminds you how much character still exists beyond the city’s core... a blend of history, creativity, and community that continues to attract businesses looking for more than just convenience.
