Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® is one of the largest commercial REALTOR® associations in the nation with over 2,200 members. The ACBR is a professional trade association which exists to enhance the business opportunities of its members through access to pertinent real estate information, education, recognition, ethics, legislative advocacy and networking. The REALTOR® membership represents a cross section of the commercial real estate industry including brokers, appraisers, property managers, developers, owners and consultants. Another strong membership component, our Affiliate members include mortgage bankers, title companies, law firms, engineering companies, environmental consultants, and more.
CCIM Institute courses, taught by instructors who are themselves industry leaders, deliver commercial real estate investment methodologies and tools that speed the pathway between opportunity, a go/no-go decision, and success for an asset. Each class is designed to enhance the success of commercial real estate professionals regardless of specialty.
Since its founding more than 50 years ago, the institute has been educating real estate specialists across continents and industry categories. We continue to guide the growth of nearly 8,000 professionals each year.
Many professionals go on to earn the CCIM pin, commercial real estate’s most coveted credential, which represents proven expertise in investment analysis. Since 1967, more than 20,000 professionals have completed the core Designation program. Today, fewer than 10 percent of commercial real estate investors and advisers currently wear the CCIM pin, making them the go-to experts in their respective markets. Industry research has shown that CCIM Designees significantly outperform non-Designated professionals across key metrics, including compensation.
While the core curriculum to earn the CCIM Designation is for those who want to set themselves apart as the expert in their company or market, it’s not for everybody. That’s why the institute offers more than 60 other courses, along with custom training, to ensure that everyone working in commercial real estate has access to professional development, regardless of their ultimate career goals.

NAIOP comprises 20,000+ members and provides strong advocacy, education and business opportunities through a powerful North American network in the commercial real estate development and investment industry.
The Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA) is a Georgia non-profit corporation founded in 1989 to provide a forum for education on issues of interest to the Atlanta commercial real estate industry, and to provide career-building and networking opportunities to advance members’ success in the community.
With a focus on “intown Atlanta” (inside 285), what started in 2000 as a small group of commercial brokers (and friends) getting together for lunch to talk about current properties and tenants has grown to an organized group of over 80 members.
CIBA’s main focus is to open the lines of communication across brokerage firms, to share our “haves” (property listings, for sale or lease) and “wants” (tenants and buyers looking for spaces or properties). We cover all aspects of commercial real estate:
