Three of Pollock Commercial's talented brokers are recognized for excellence in professionalism and service.
The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) named Pollock Commercial’s Jeff Pollock, Katie Sentell and Michael Dinerman to the 2023 Million Dollar Club. Pollock, the company’s owner and managing principal, was also recognized as a Top 5 producer in the retail real estate category.
“This is a great honor given how many talented brokers we have as members of ACBR,” said Pollock, former president of Atlanta’s premier real estate organization. “I’d like to think I have an even deeper appreciation for this award having served on and chaired the admissions committee in the past and knowing the detailed process and strict requirements for candidates. Above all, it’s very fulfilling that three members from our boutique firm were honored, showing our ability to compete with anybody.”
One standout transaction from 2022 was the sale of a free-standing building on Ponce de Leon Boulevard near Ponce City Market. Despite the property going vacant due to pandemic adversity, Pollock managed to identify a buyer at a premium price.

Pollock, Dinerman, Sentell and the other top producers were recognized at the 2023 Million Dollar Club “Top Guns: Mavericks of the ACBR” awards banquet on March 23rd at the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta hotel. The Million Dollar Club honors REALTORS® generating $5 million or more deal volume in commercial sales and leasing activity in 2022.
