BlueFletch: Riding the Wave of Atlanta's Growth Trends

The relocation of Pollock Commercial's long-term client exhibits Atlanta's tech expansion, creative offices, and beltline appeal

“When the customer comes first, the customer will last,” it’s been said.

BlueFletch, a company focused on building mobile software solutions and a long-term Pollock Commercial client, is moving into new office space in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. It marks the second relocation Pollock Commercial has assisted on with an expansion and lease renewal in between and a renovation of the new space to come.

“We are very excited about our new space on the Atlanta Beltline — time to dust off the bike and actually use it!” BlueFletch’s CEO and Managing Partner Richard Makerson said. “Since 2013, Pollock Commercial has served as a valuable partner for our commercial real estate needs. We have completed a number of successful transactions together and look forward to this next chapter in Midtown.”

Jeff Pollock, the brokerage founder and managing principal, said, “BlueFletch has been so fun to work with over the years. It has been amazing to watch their business thrive, and they have always made their office culture a priority.”

In 2013, Pollock Commercial helped BlueFletch relocate to Southern Dairies in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward. The boutique commercial real estate brokerage also helped the company expand and renew its lease at the location.

BlueFletch’s latest move is to Parkside Piedmont, located at 1440 Dutch Valley on the east side of Piedmont Park. Parkside Partners developed the adaptive reuse loft office building, which is home to Orpheus Brewery and a large number of creative office tenants and features a two-level outdoor patio that overlooks the park and the Beltline. Pollock Commercial has also connected BlueFletch with a design and construction team for its impending renovation there.

“BlueFletch’s new office move marks a confluence of major Atlanta growth trends — the city’s burgeoning tech sector, the draw of the Beltline urban design project and the increasing popularity of creative office space,” Pollock added. “The Beltline has been a transformative catalyst for Atlanta, and more and more companies are looking for creative office space nearby. Above all, it’s great to serve BlueFletch over so many years and help them with their needs as they continue to grow.”
