Telling a CRE Story…

Any good marketing strategy centers around a narrative – some central story that is crafted to appeal to all members of a demographic. So why is it that when we market a building we focus more on the numbers and data than creating a story? Sure the other brokers in your deal may care about those numbers, but the end user?
