Perimeter Mixed Use Development Isn’t Dense Enough

After fielding concerns from the Dunwoody City Council, developers of the Perimeter Center mixed-use proposal decreased density plans. The Dunwoody Planning Commission disagreed with the change, asking for an increase in the density back to original numbers.
