No, we’re not talking about Pastries.

It’s no secret that the past few decades – even the past few years – have brought a lot of growth inside and outside of the perimeter. And, that growth is attracting a larger percentage of educated, affluent citizens to the city’s center, a shift that, according to a recent UVA study, is inline with the trends of many growing urban areas across the country. This shift is contributing to the new demographic donut, where the ‘donut hole’, once the less attractive area is now the part of the city that everyone wants.
