At Atlantic Station, Everything Old is New Again.

Cool loft office space, and historic restored buildings are kind of our thing here at Pollock Commercial, but what about building a brand new space that intentionally looks old? That’s the plan for a new office building, built primarily of heavy timber and glued laminate timber, proposed to go up near Atlantic Station. If and when the project comes to be, it will be the first of its kind in the southeast.
